These Terms of Service set out the rules for accessing and using https://ydjsxx.com and for any purchase made through the site.

The site is operated under the Ydjsxx brand by Dalian Chuanyang International Trade Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “Ydjsxx,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dalian Chuanyang International Trade Co., Ltd.

By browsing our site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. Using the Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the site:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes;

  • To violate another person’s rights;

  • To introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;

  1. Product Details

Ydjsxx offers clothing and related fashion items. Available products, sizes, colors, materials, designs, and options may change according to inventory, season, and supplier availability.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colors, materials, prices, and availability accurately. However:

  • Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear;

  • Reasonable measurement variations may occur;

  • Pattern placement, stitching, texture, and finish may vary slightly; and

  • Product packaging may change without materially affecting the product.

Please review the relevant product page, available measurements, materials, and care information before purchasing.

  1. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other amounts will be displayed during checkout where available. Customs duties and import charges imposed after shipment may not appear at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing, description, or inventory errors;

  • Payment or authorization problems;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • Delivery restrictions;

  • Duplicate or unusually large orders; or

  • Other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@ydjsxx.com and include your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing, production, or shipment has begun.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may enter production shortly after confirmation. Customers are responsible for checking all selected sizes, colors, quantities, personalization details, and delivery information before placing an order.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Ydjsxx currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Processing normally takes 2–7 business days. Estimated transit times, shipping charges, tracking procedures, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Processing and transit times are separate, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may result from customs clearance, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, peak-season demand, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products in the same order may be delivered in separate parcels.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy and Returns and Cancellation Policy.

Change-of-mind returns must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags, parts, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons. Products subject to genuine health or hygiene restrictions may have additional return conditions where clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase.

These restrictions do not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially nonconforming products.

Do not return any product before receiving authorization and the applicable return address by email. Our registered business address is not the default return address.

Ydjsxx does not charge a restocking fee.

  1. Product Problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs or videos;

  • Photographs of the shipping label and packaging where relevant; and

  • Confirmation of your delivery address.

After reviewing the request, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund. When the problem is confirmed to have resulted from our error or our fulfillment partner’s error, we will cover authorized replacement or return shipping costs.

  1. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account to prevent fraud, security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site and its text, graphics, photographs, logos, product descriptions, designs, videos, layouts, and other content are owned by or licensed to us.

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and noncommercial shopping purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from site content.

  1. Reviews and Customer Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it;

  • It is accurate and lawful;

  • It does not infringe another person’s rights; and

  • It does not contain malicious, deceptive, or abusive material.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote Ydjsxx. You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

Our site may use cookies, pixels, and related technologies, including AppLovin technologies, for site operation, analytics, conversion measurement, fraud prevention, and advertising where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or misuse of the site.

Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you may have under local laws (in the United States, Canada, or Mexico). Disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the court in the place of registration of the operator, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, site, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
